JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice for final disposal.

(2.) Mr. J.P.S. Choudhary, learned Public Prosecutor is directed to accept the notice on behalf of the State. He accepts the same. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is finally heard.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his arguments only to the extent framing charges under Sec. 307 Penal Code and Sec. 3(2)(v) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act' hereinafter).
