JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD at admission stage.

(2.) THE Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer that the judgment and award dt. 13. 5. 2002 (Annex. 3) passed by the learned Labour Court, Sri Ganganagar and notification dt. 2. 12. 2002 (Annex. 4) may be quashed and set aside.

(3.) IT has also been alleged that before raising the industrial dispute, the respondent - workman also filed a writ petition before this Court which was disposed of with a direction to raise the industrial dispute before the conciliation officer.
