(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor for the State, Perused the order impugned.

(2.) IT is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Shila has been granted anticipatory bail and the case of the present petitioner is not distinguishable from that of the co-accused who has been granted anticipatory bail.
