JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is submitted by the iearned counsel that the marriage of the sister of the accused-Appellant is to take place on 15.12.2005 and, therefore, the accused-Appellant be released on interim bail.

(2.) Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the application.

(3.) In view of the fact that the marriage of the sister of the accused-Appellant is going to take place on 15.12.2005, I am inclined to allow the instant application for interim bail.
