(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
(2.) The petitioner has invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court for setting aside the order dated 29.10.2002 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Shahpura by which the learned revisional Court accepted the revision petition of the respondents and quashed the order dated 22.1.2002 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate taking cognizance of the offence against the respondents.
(3.) On 21.9.2001, complaint petitioner-Ram Singh S/o Prabhat filed a complaint in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate. The learned Magistrate in exercise of powers u/s. 156(3) Crimial P.C. sent the complaint to SHO, Shahpura for investigation, who in turn, registered a case vide FIR No. 538/2001 for offence u/ss. 147, 447, 427, 323, 504 & 379 IPC.
