JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal has been filed by the State against the judgment and order dated 4.5.1988 passed by Additional Chief judicial Magistrate, Sojat in Criminal Case No. 226/1983, whereby the accused-respondents have been acquitted of the charges u/ss. 147 & 448 IPC.

(2.) The leaveto appeal was granted against the accused-respondents on 29.7.1988.

(3.) I have heard learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused-respondents and carefully examined the material available on record.
