JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is a life convict and is undergoing the sentence in Central Jail, Jaipur. Shri Kajala has invited my attention to the permission letter in favour of the present petitioner issued by the University of Rajasthan with regard to his appearance in the MA (Previous), Political Science Examination, 1994 and it has submitted that the examinations are going to commence from 13.4.94 and would end on 6.5.94. It has also been submitted by Shri Kajala that the petitioner had submitted the representation on 19.3.94 before Deputy Registrar, Department of Home (Group-12 Jails), Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur but no reply has been given.

(2.) Issue notice as to why this writ petition may not be admitted and disposed of, returnable in one month, in the meanwhile, it is directed that the petitioner be granted parole on and from 11.4.94 to 7.5.94 so as to enable him to appear in the ensuing examinations which are going to commence from 13.4.94 provided that the petitioner furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of Rs. 5,(XX) (Rs. Five Thousand) each subject to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan High Court Bench, Jaipur with the further stipulation that the petitioner shall voluntarily surrender before the Jail Authorities on or before 8.5.1994.
