(1.) THE facts of the case are so startling that the learned Single Judge has no option but to give relief to the respondents. We are at pains to notice that the University has come up in appeal instead of accepting justice done by the learned Single Judge.
(2.) LEARNED counsel for the University says that the decision of the learned Single Judge will be cited as a precedent if it is upheld. We do not agree with him. The learned Single Judge has correctly decided the matter.
