JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents to add four marks of teaching experience on the basis of experience certificates Ex. 2 according to rules in the marks of the petitioner and give him appointment according to merit on the post of IIIrd Grade teacher.

(2.) The petitioner is a resident of village Bugarda, Tehsil Jayal, Dist. Nagour. It is alleged that he passed B.A. from Rajasthan University in the year 1982 and B.Ed. from Ajmer University, Ajmer in the year 1989. The petitioner's case is that he submitted his application form for the post of IIIrd Grade Teacher in pursuance of advertisement no. 5/91 (Anx. 1) issued by the non- petitioner no. 2 Zila Parishad, Nagour and also filed experience certificate. The petitioner has alleged that earlier he worked as teacher in a School under Panchayat Samiti, Jayal from 10.4.90 to 16.5.90 and thereafter he was reappointed on 21.5.91 and he is continuing as such. The petitioner further alleged that when he visited the non-petitioner no. 2 to know the date of interview, the non-petitioner no. 2 informed him that he will not be granted four marks of experience for which no cogent reason was given. Hence, this writ petition.

(3.) This writ petition has been filed on 15.10.92. Notice to show cause was issued on 5.10.92. In pursuance of the notice, the non-petitioners have put in appearance and Bled reply stating that the last date for submitting the form was 30.11.91 and the petitioner has submitted certificate in which it is borne out that he was working from 21.5.91 , so looking to these facts, it is clear that upto the last date of submitting the application form, the petitioner was having teaching experience of only 5 months and, therefore, the petitioner cannot be granted any relief and the petition may be dismissed.
