JUDGEMENT

(1.) The case has come up on the application under Art. 226(3) of the Constitution for vacating the ad-interim order dt. 10.2.94 whereby operation of the termination order Anx. 3 was stayed.

(2.) As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

(3.) By this writ petiton, the petitioner seeks to quash the order dt. 1.2.94 (Anx. 3) passed by Vikas Adhikari, Panchayat Samiti, Kumbhal Garh, Distt. Rajsamand and also prays that the petitioner may be reinstated in service with all consequential benefits.
