(1.) THIS appeal is directed against the order of the Workmen's Compensation Commissioner Bharatpur, awarding compensation of Rs. 9,000/ - to Budhi widow of Bhonri Lal. Bhonrilal died on account of a blast near the mines of gun powder.
(2.) SHRI J.P. Goyal, the learned Counsel for the appellant, has challenged the finding of the Commissioner on the ground that Bhonri Lal was not in the employment of the appellant and in any case, the accident did not happen in the course of employment. This submission of Shri Goyal is vehemently opposed by Shri Lodha, the learned Counsel for the respondent.
(3.) MOREOVER , all these questions are questions of fact. An appeal Under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act lies only on substantial questions of law. No question of Law much less substantial question of law is involved.
