(2.) BY this writ petition the petitions seeks a direction from this Court to non -petitioner No. 2 to admit her in the Engineering Course in general category.

(3.) THE respondents' case is that the petitioners case was considered in the reserved category of defence personnel and her case was considered in order of merit.
