JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter comes up on an application for early hearing of the case.

(2.) For the reasons stated there in the application is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up on Board today itself.

(3.) This petition is filed seeking quashing of ex-party order dtd. 23/9/2009 passed by the Collector (Stamps), Ajmer.
