JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.39/2024 of Police Station Mandar, District Sirohi for offences under Ss. 454, 380, 411, 413 and 109 of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused persons namely Kuldeep @ Pintu (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.4426/2024), Shankar Ram (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.3822/2024) and Sunil Kumar (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.5529/2024) have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide orders dtd. 25/4/2024, 3/4/2024 and 6/5/2024 respectively.
