JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant petition is filed under Sec. 528 of B.N.S.S.

(2.) It is noted that despite the service qua the respondent, no response is filed by the State.

(3.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that upon the petitioner's complaint Anti Corruption Bureau has carried out a trap proceedings wherein, three persons were arrested. After investigation it was revealed that even the Mayor, Jaipur Nagar Nigam Heritage is also alleged therein.
