JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.303/2020 registered at Police Station Goluwala, Dist. Hanumangarh, for the offences punishable under Ss. 8/21, 22 and 25 of NDPS Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused persons namely Ranjeet Singh (S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Applications No.1662/2024) and Preetpal Singh (S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Applications No.1126/2024) have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dtd. 27/5/2024.
