(1.) This revision has been filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 1.5.2002 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Laxmangarh, District Alwar in Cr. Appeal No. 21/2001, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed and the judgment dated 27.6.2001 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Laxmangarh in Cr. Case No. 47/1995, convicting and sentencing the petitioner for the offence under Sections 304A and 279 IPC as under, has been affirmed:
