JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR No. 324/2014 dated 15.07.2014 of Police Station, Udaimandir, District Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC.

(2.) IN the instant case the respondent No. 2 has filed a complaint in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No. 3, Jodhpur Metropolitan under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the same is forwarded to the concerned police station. The Police Station, Udaimandir, District Jodhpur has registered the impugned FIR against the petitioners for the aforesaid offences.

LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has argued that since the dispute has already been amicably settled between the parties the FIR No. 324/2014 dated 15.07.2014 of Police Station, Udaimandir, District Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC against the petitioners may kindly be quashed.
