JUDGEMENT

(1.) These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to question the validity of order dated 20.3.2014 passed by the trial court, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order 8, Rule 9 Code of Civil Procedure in the suit as well as in application under Order 39, Rule 1 & 2 Code of Civil Procedure has been rejected.

(2.) The suit was filed by the petitioners seeking permanent and mandatory injunction against the respondents.

(3.) A written statement was filed and several pleas were raised by the respondents. Whereafter, the petitioner filed an application under Order 8, Rule 9 Code of Civil Procedure along-with a draft replication seeking to counter the new pleas raised by the defendants.
