JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second bail application preferred under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in a case arising out of F.I.R. No.468/2012, registered at Police Station, Bhusawar, District Bharatpur, for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 285 I.P.C., under Section 3 of the P.D.P.P. Act and under Section 15 (2) P.M.P. Act.

(2.) Earlier bail application filed by the petitioners was disposed of on 19.11.2013 by passing the following order :-

(3.) In view of the rigour of the section introduced as Section 16C this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. However, since liberty of the petitioners is involved the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of sixty days and if need be the trial court shall proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis.
