JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR No. 63/2012 dated 02.02.2012 of Police Station, Sangaria, District Hanumangarh for the offences punishable under Sections 498 -A and 406 IPC.

(2.) IN the instant case the respondent No. 2 has filed a complaint in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangaria, District Hanumangar under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the same is forwarded to the concerned police station. The Police Station, Sangaria, District Hanumangarh has registered the impugned FIR against the petitioners for the aforesaid offences.

LEARNED counsel for the petitioners has argued that since the dispute has already been amicably settled between the parties the FIR No. 63/2012 dated 02.02.2012 of Police Station, Sangaria, District Hanumangarh for the offences punishable under Sections 498 -A and 406 IPC against the petitioners may kindly be quashed.
