JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the proceedings initiated against the petitioners in Criminal case no.334/2011 arising out of FIR No.34/2011 registered at Police Station Sikendra, Dausa for the offence u/s 498-A IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) The petitioner is facing trial before the learned Civil Judge(J.D.) and Judl. Magistrate First Class,Sikrai, Dausa in Criminal case no.334/2011 for offences under Sections 498A, 323 and 406 IPC.
