JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition has been filed against the order dt. 09.10.2013 passed by Sessions Judge, Jhunjhunu in Criminal Appeal No. 66/2011, whereby he dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and affirmed the order dt. 01.09.2011 passed by District Collector, Jhunjhunu in Case No. 93/2011, by which he allowed the application filed by Enforcement Officer under Sec. 6A of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and confiscated the seized 55 Qtls. Gram and directed the District Supply Officer, Jhunjhunu to auction the said confiscated Gram. Without going into the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner wants liberty to file a fresh application before the Collector, Jhunjhunu. He further wants that direction should be given to the Collector, Jhunjhunu to decide the said application afresh, in accordance with law.
