(1.) THE petitioners have filed the present writ petition claiming appointment on the post of Vidhyarthi Mitra.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the petitioners submits that a coordinate bench of this Court has recently decided the controversy in the similar writ petition in the case of Tilok Singh and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10339/2012) decided on 21.10.2013 by the coordinate bench in the following terms: -
