SHORTLY put, the relevant facts, are that in response to the advertisement dated 13.2.2013 issued by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur (for short, hereafter referred to as 'the respondent -University') initiating a process for filling up the post of Clinical Psychologist. Thereafter by a corrigendum dated 25.6.2013, the advertisement was amended. The appellant/writ petitioner offered her candidature and did partake in the examination conducted in connection therewith on 21.7.2013. Subsequent thereto, on 24.8.2013, before declaration of the results, the Board of Management of the respondent - University resolved to cancel the same (examination) on the ground that the secrecy in the process pertaining thereto had not been maintained by the convenor, and that, the amended advertisement had not been approved by the State Government. A notification thereafter, was issued on 4.9.2013 pursuant to the above -referred resolution of the Board of Management cancelling the examination held for the post of Clinical Psychologist. Being aggrieved, the appellant/writ petitioner sought to invoke the writ jurisdiction of this Court for redress. Being unsuccessful with the challenge, she has preferred this appeal.
(3.) UPON hearing the learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner and on a consideration of the pleaded facts and the documents on record, we do not feel inclined to sustain these pleas.
