JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Cr. Appeal has been filed by the complainant-appellant against the judgment dated 15.7.2013 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, Jhunjhunu in Sessions Case No. 3/2012 (183/2006), whereby the accused respondents have been acquitted from the offence under Sections 447 Penal Code and Sec. 3(1)(V) & 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act.
