KISHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant has preferred this appeal against the judgment dated 15.1.2009 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track) No.1, Ajmer in Sessions Case No.58/2008 whereby the accused-appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under : <FRM>JUDGEMENT_395_LAWS(RAJ)3_2014_1.html</FRM>

(2.) The learned trial Court ordered that both the sentences shall run concurrently.

(3.) Being aggrieved by the conviction and sentence awarded by the trial Court, the appellant has filed the appeal under Section 374 Cr.P.C.
