JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition is preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 24.01.2014 passed by Judge, Family Court, Udaipur (hereinafter referred to as 'the Family Court') on an application preferred by wife of the petitioner under Sec. 125 Crimial P.C. for awarding interim maintenance to their minor daughter to meet the expenditure on her education.

(2.) After hearing both the parties, the Family Court has directed the petitioner to pay interim maintenance to the tune of INR 4000.00 per month to the minor daughter.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the wife of the petitioner is also earning INR 25,000.00 per month, therefore, the Family Court has erred in directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance to the tune of INR 4000.00 per month to their minor daughter.
