JUDGEMENT

This revision has been filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 5,12,2002 passed by Sessions Judge, Jhalawar in Criminal Appeal No, 2/2002, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed and the Judgment dated 11,12,2001 passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhalawar in Criminal Case No, 6/1994, convicting and sentencing the petitioner for the offence under Sec. 498-A l.P.C. as under, has been affirmed: Under Sec. 498-A l.P.C. : To undergo 1 year's Rl with fine of INR 250.00; in default of payment of fine, to further undergo 1 month's SI.
