RAJU Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 470/1998 registered at Police Station Devgarh, District Rajsamand for the offence under Section 19/54 Rajasthan Excise Act.

(2.) The earlier bail application was dismissed on 22.10.2013 with a direction the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

(3.) The present bail application has been preferred after lapse of six months the trial is still not concluded. The petitioner is in custody for last ten months.
