JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the letter/order dated 14.3.2013 (Annex.15) and further prayed that the respondents may kindly be directed to provide appointment to the petitioner on the post of Class -IV employee under the Rajasthan Voluntary Rural Service Rules, 2010 while treating his date of birth as 15.08.1980 instaead of 05.07.1984 with all consequential benefits.

(2.) AS per the facts of the case, in the year 1998, the petitioner applied for the post of Class -IV employee in Swami Keshwanand Gramouthan Vidhyapith, Sangaria District Hanumangarh.

(3.) THE Dy. Secretary Agriculture (Gr.II) Department, Rajasthan approved the appointment of the petitioner vide order dated 09.07.1999 since then the petitioner is working in Swami Keshvasnand Gramouthan College, Sangaria. The petitioner's services were made permanent and he was allowed the regular grade increment vide order dated 27.2.2004 and on completion of nine years of service, he was granted first selection scale in the pay -scale of Rs.2610 -3540 vide order dated 2.6.2009 which is placed on record as Annexure -10. The State Government framed the Rules known as Rajasthan Voluntary Rural Education Service Rules, 2010 to absorb all those employees working against the aided post in the aided institution.
