JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal is reportedly time barred by 428 days. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed essentially stating the reason for delay in the manner that the petitioner -appellant inquired about the proceedings in the petition filed by him in the month of December 2012. The order impugned was passed way -back on 28.02.2011. The reasons stated in the application hardly make out sufficient cause of condonation of delay of over one year.

(2.) APART from the above, it appears that the petition was filed in the Year 2011 in relation to the recruitment to the post of Conductor, as was taken up by the respondent Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation, in the month of March 2010. In relation to the recruitment process of the Year 2010, we find no reason to entertain this intra Court appeal now at this stage.

(3.) FOR all the reasons above, we are not persuaded to entertain this intra Court appeal. The appeal stands dismissed.
