Thereafter he moved the bail application no. 9017/2014 before this Court, but the same was also dismissed vide order dated 27.8.2014 giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh ball application before the trial court after submitting the challan by the police. Thereafter the petitioner moved a fresh ball application before the Court below, but the same has been dismissed vide order dated 7.11.2014 with the following observations:
