JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is directed against the order dt. 04.11.2011 passed by the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer, whereby an appeal preferred by the petitioners against the order dt. 11.06.2008 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Bikaner, stands dismissed. It is to be noticed that this writ petition assailing the order dt. 04.11.2011 has been filed by the petitioner on 9.7.2014.

(2.) ON 14.07.2014, the time was sought by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners to file an additional affidavit explaining the inordinate delay in filing the writ petition. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 14.08.2014, however, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was adjourned. Again on 15.09.2014, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was adjourned. Even today, nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners.
