RAMESH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 6/2014, Police Station Sidhmukh, District Churu for the offences under Sections 363, 366A and 376D of I.P.C. and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

(2.) In the statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., the prosecutrix has specifically stated that the present petitioner did not commit any offence against her.

(3.) Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail.
