JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

By the impugned award dated 24/3/1994, the Industrial Tribunal, Jodhpur has granted increments to the respondent workmen and the petitioner-employer has challenged the said award and order passed by the Labour Court, Jodhpur on 19/5/1998 under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 by way of present writ petition.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that perhaps the petitioner Industry has since been closed and he has no updated instructions in the matter.
