MUKESH MEENA & ANR. Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Sec. 439 Crimial P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in a case arising out of FIR No. 498/2013 registered at Police Station Amer, Jaipur (North) Jaipur for the offences under section 341, 323, 382 and 327 IPC.

(2.) Complainant has stated in the FIR that he was returning from his house, when the accused demanded money from him for taking liquor, on refusal accused had abused him and had caused an injury.

(3.) It is stated that accused had hit on the head of the complainant with a stone.
