JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners have filed the present writ petitions for seeking their appointment as Prabodhak in the selection process initiated by the State Government under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Prabodhak Service) Rules, 2008.

(2.) BOTH the learned counsels submitted that the controversy involved in these writ petitions are covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Dinesh Chand Tiwari V/s State of Rajasthan -SBCWP No. 3954/2013 decided on 13.1.2014, in which this Court held as under: -

THE learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. Hemant Chaudhary fairly submitted that if the petitioners file such separate representations raising their individual grievance or objections before the competent authority or if such representations having already been filed, the same will be dealt with and decided by a speaking order dealing with all the contentions raised in such representations.
