CHHAIL SINGH BHATI Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Kailash Chand-CI/SHO, Police Station, Kotwali, District Barmer present in person and submitted factual report of investigation conducted in connection with FIR No.154/2012 dated 07.04.2012 of Police Station, Kotwali, District Barmer. As per factual report the accused-Girdhar Singh S/o. Bhur Singh has already been arrested and the Tractor No.RJ- 04-RA-2535 has been recovered by the police. The Investigating Officer has informed this Court that the FSL report has been received only on 07.03.2014 and further proceedings will be carried out after taking into consideration the result of the FSL report and for that purpose he sought one months time to complete the investigation.

(2.) In view of the fact that the investigation in the matter is likely to be completed within a short period, this Criminal Misc. Petition is disposed of with the direction to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation within a period of one month.

(3.) Stay petition is also disposed of. Final Result : Disposed Off
