JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE matter comes up on an application for early hearing of the case bearing IA No. 1456/2014.

(2.) WITH the consent of the rival parties, the matter is heard finally at this stage.

(3.) BEING aggrieved from the order of suspension passed by the District Supply Officer, Bikaner the petitioner laid an appeal before the District Collector, Bikaner under Rule 22 of the Rajasthan Foodgrains and Essential Commodity (Regulation of Distribution) Order 1976 (for short Order of 1976).
