JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to provide appointment on the post of Physical Training Instruction Grade -III with all consequential benefits.

(2.) ADMITTEDLY , after selection, the appointment order was issued in favour of the petitioner but due to one or another reason, the petitioner failed to join the duties and filed this writ petition on the ground that appointment order was not received by him.
