JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Sec. 439 Crimial P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No. 331/2013 registered at Police Station, Shivaji Park, Alwar, for the offences under sections 420, 406 IPC.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is alleged that the petitioner had taken loan from various persons and had not returned the same.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that non return of loan advanced will not fasten the petitioner with criminal liability as it is essentially a civil dispute.
