JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner states that in the cause title of the case the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned 'Kunja Ram' instead of 'Punja Ram'.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner allowed to correct the name of the father of the petitioner in the Court itself.

(3.) THE instant Criminal Misc. Petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order dated 01.08.2012 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.3, Jodhpur (for short 'the trial court') in Cr. Regular Case No.221/2012, whereby the learned trial court has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420, 461, 471 and 120B of the IPC.
