JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. For the grant of additional monthly honorarium on account of extra charge of other Panchayat Samities, the petitioner, working as Accountant on contractual basis in the respondent Panchayati Raj Department, has approached this Court for claiming such monthly honorarium in terms of guidelines issued by the Director, NRHM, Jaipur vide order Annex.10 dated 15/10/2013.

(2.) THE petitioner has already approached the concerned authority, namely; Chief Medical & Health Officer, Churu vide representation Annex. 11 dated 4/4/2014 and since the same has not been responded by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the following reliefs: -
