JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

(2.) This Special Appeal is reported to be beyond time by 1431 days from the judgment dated 16.09.2009. The appellant has also challenged the order on review petition dated 25.09.2013, which has been taken as a ground for condonation of delay.

(3.) A batch of writ petitions challenging the land acquisition proceedings was dismissed by this Court on merits on 16.09.2009. A review petition was thereafter filed by the appellant/petitioner on the ground that there is circular dated 26.05.2000, by which the Government had decided not to acquire the land belonging to the petitioners.
