JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Cr. Appeal has been filed by the complainant against the judgment dated 6.3.2012 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Jaipur City, Jaipur in Sessions Case No. 83/2011, whereby the accused respondent no.2 has been acquitted for the offence under Section 379 IPC and Sections 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act.
