JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Cr. Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 18.5.2006 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST (Prohibition of Atrocities) Court, Jaipur in Sessions Case No. 29/2006, whereby the learned trial court acquitted the accused respondent for the offence under Section 3 (1)(X) of SC/ST Act and granted him the benefit of probation under Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders' Act for the offence under Sections 323 and 341 IPC.
