JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been filed by the petitioner questioning the legality and validity of the order dated 14.10.2014 passed by the Registrar of the respondent -University, whereby the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected with the finding that she is in -eligible as in -service candidate.

(2.) THE petitioner was appointed as Gramin Ayurved Chikitshak vide order dated 2.6.2009 and continued on the said post till 29.4.2012. Whereafter, as she was provided appointment as Ayurvedic Medical Officer, she resigned from the post of Gramin Ayurved Chikitshak and joined w.e.f. 30.4.2012.

(3.) THE respondents by their order dated 14.10.2014 rejected the candidature noticing as under: -
