ASHIQ MOHD @ GUDDU Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By the judgment dated 22.1.2007 passed by the fained Special Judge (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Udaipur in Special Sessions Case No. 33/2006, appellant-accused Ashiq Mohd. @ Guddu has been bund guilty of committing the murder of Narsingh Khatik and has been convicted of the offence punishable as under:- <FRM>JUDGEMENT_254_LAWS(RAJ)10_2014_1.html</FRM>

(2.) Both the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

(3.) The appellant-accused has preferred this appeal against the impugned Judgment of conviction and order of sentence which was admitted for hearing order dated 14.2.2007 and notice was issued to Public Prosecutor and the record of the learned Trial Court was called for.
