(1.) THE writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

(2.) THE respondents may very kindly be directed to pay to the petitioner the regular pay scale of Secretary with all consequential benefits as if same was never denied to the petitioner;

(3.) ANY other relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.
